About The Lily Pads

The Lily Pads has been designed as a comfortable place to call home for when you are “between Pads”. Each unit has its own unique personality and origin story. Whether you are a family that finds themselves between places, a corporate executive in need of a home away from home, a recent divorcee looking for a fresh start, or a recent transplant from another city, we’ve got a space for you.

The story of The Lily Pads began when a single mom with three children needed a place to stay. In the middle of a divorce with the family home sold, she found herself between places.  She needed a place for her young family to live for a short time while she began her new life.  A kind Realtor® friend owned a rental property and offered it to her and her children, lease-free, for as long as she needed. This generous act provided this mom with a safe place for her family, and time to reflect on her next steps. While she could never put a price on the kindness that this friend showed her, she never forgot it and she vowed to pay it forward.

The Lily Pads is now paying it forward, providing compassion and safe housing to all who pass through.
